European Paper Week 2007

Brussels, Belgium, November 27, 2007

The European paper industry’s 9th Annual Paper Week will take place from 27-29 November 2007 at The Sheraton Hotel and Towers in Brussels, Europe’s capital. European Paper Week is the European paper and pulp industry’s biggest annual event gathering some 300 participants, from all areas and levels in the industry. The event extends over 3 days, includes a series of meetings involving a range of industry sectors and creates a high level forum for discussion. This year the event will also celebrate CEPI's 15th anniversary and CEPI is ready to hold a memorable event for the pulp and paper industry.

Seminars

CEPI also organises several open seminars during the event on topics of current interest. This year's topics include:

• Bio-energy or Competitiveness: Meeting the target and protecting the economy
• 'Buying green, scoring high. Navigating environmental sustainability'
• 'From Vision to Reality: Paper's place in our future'.
