AF&PA Welcomes Heidi Brock as President and CEO
Heidi Brock officially joined AF&PA as president and CEO on September 16. Brock brings to AF&PA extensive experience, serving as CEO of the Washington, D.C.-based Aluminum Association for almost eight years and having worked for nearly 20 years for Weyerhaeuser.
“I look forward to working with the ICFPA to advance the interests of the forest products industry in the global arena. Many issues and opportunities in our industry have global dimensions, and I highly welcome the opportunity to gain insight from my global association colleagues,” said Brock.
Brock succeeds Donna Harman, who announced her intention to retire earlier this year after serving 12 years as president & CEO. Brock and Harman are partnering over the next two months to ensure a smooth transition at AF&PA. For more information, read AF&PA’s press release.
